Tour de Mortlake

Rocky Point.. decided to do a black & white to enhance the "old" feel

The building had an old feel, but taking it on its own was kinda boring. Figured focusing on the flower gives a little depth to the pix.. might be wrong :-P

My ride across Parramatta river. Cable ferry.

The good weather is back in Sydney.. yippee!! Finally managed to do some cycling. Didn't cover as much distance as i wanted as i spent time snapping away and getting lost ^_^ Sydney is a picturistic place. There is a good mix of old buildings, parks and waterfront views. My saturday cycle took me from meadowbank to mortlake, across the parramatta river and back again.. a whole 2 hours ride ^_^

Sunday was Msia fair day at Darling Harbour with Kim and her friends. Will do a separate post on that later.

Someone trying some DOF tricks.... I tried to do that with my old Fuji and it took me quite a few shots to create that from a normal digital camera. So much easier with an SLR. After Hayden's party, I decided I'll take the plunge. So darn difficult with slow lens to capture the zippy kids.

My lense is rather slow too. I can't take kids zipping around with it. I did get a really fast lense from Spore, of which Ray was supposed to bring during his visit here. Of course tat never happened.. so i stuck wif what i have.

Ah Han, why do you want pix of Msian food?? They all look alike. Not to mention, how good can Msian food be in Sydney? The whole event had a "MUMSU" feel in it. Very student-ly.
