I decided to take photos of the wierd items we have in our apartment. Needless to say, most of them were bought by ivy :-P

Walking & Funny Items
It seems like a regular task for ivy and me to begin our new year with trekking activities. As much as we would like to trek/bushwalk regularly, the weather seldom permits us. The weather has been hitting 40'C the last few days. Unfortunately, we still can't find regular kaki's to drag along :-P
Parramatta park. I used to jog around this park regularly when i 1st arrived in Sydney.. i stayed just a few minutes away then.. seems kinda nostalgic walking there again. It does look like a regular postcard picture you see on catalogues ^_^
Wentworth Falls trek at the blue mountains. This track is challenging! Will attempt to bring more ppl the next time ^_^

Tis ta season to be jolly
I will be squeezing my whole month of blog entries into this one entry due to my laziness ^_^ December 08 was Xmas + New Year month. This year's Xmas had more action due to my new job, the larger circle of friends and the compulsory 1.5 weeks of Xmas/New Year's leave. The photo blog below tells everything:
Xmas photos session in the city with Sonny. The same old Xmas tree at Martin Place. I suspect they keep the tree in the closet and bring the same old tree out, year in year out during Xmas.. boring.
Xmas performance at hillsong church. This is a yearly event and is normally professionally done. I have actually attended the performance 3 years in a row... time flies. Brought Laine, Kim and Ernest along tis time.
Ivy and me decided to take a drive to Brisbane to celebrate the NY. I have never driven to Brisbane prior to this. It was a nice drive... we took the coastal road stopping a night at Port Macquarie before arriving in Brisbane. Met up with my old primary/sec school friend Darren and his wife and also with my ex-refresh colleague, Joyce. I honestly can't believe we did so much in the last few days... even more amazing that the time flew by so fast... sigh.
