Artsy shot of a fountain in Darling Harbour
A group of kids were practicing bicycle stunts.. so we snapped a few paparazi shots of themNo dramatic shots of Sydney sinking or flooding. The rain was only bad at night and i wasn't keen in getting my camera wet or getting blown off ta balcony. The wind howled thru friday nite.. kinda reminded me of Melbourne's weather ^_^ Needless to say, i decided to spend the Queen's bday weekend at home. But i did manage to get some night shots of Darling Harbour during the week. A few colleagues come from Perth for the week and they were interested in taking night shots. Nothing inspiring coz the city gets pretty empty and boring at nights coz of the cold weather. Hopefully next week will be more exciting.

Night shots are always tricky.
Took me a while to figure out where the first shot was taken. For a second, I thought it was a stretch of parking lots. Yes, it's artsy. :)
I don't mind exchanging a bit of my hot weather here for the coolness in sydney.
Nice ;)
Thanx for ya comments ^_^ Next weekend shud be sunny. Will attempt to post a video blog.
Wow, you're starting to progress into an artisitic streak. Hmmm...Benny the arty :)...seriously, cool pictures...and aren't you guys glad for the rain now that it's come ?
No use. The reservoirs are in the desert. The last i heard, the catchment area water level increased by 3%. Dumb ass planners.
Ok, looks like the city planners in Aus are no better here...same everywhere :)...
Spore is a really well planned country. Whatever you see getting built now in Spore have been planned and studied for at least 10-15 years prior.
Oz spends a lot of $$ on planning, but most of the plans do not take off due to cost. They tend to wait for the problem to get really bad before implementing anything.
