Bumbo Baby

I figured it's time to update Ohayo's pictures..he really does like his bumbo chair, but i doubt it will last too long. Anyway, sitting in it tires him pretty fast as his neck isn't that strong yet

Introducing Ohayo..

Yan Ho aka Ohayo arrived on the 1/11/11. A birth date that is nearly impossible to forget ^_^ Both mum and bubs are doing extremely well. For those of you who haven't figured it out yet, Ohayo is a boy. Quite a few nurses have called him a she ..bah. I can't determine who he looks like, but I still hold the opinion that all babies look the same ( and newborns are not cute until a few days later). I am a happy father ^_^

We are family ^_^

I still don't have a good shot of Ohayo..This will do for now. Does he have any resemblance to the parents?UPDATE: Just changed the photo to a better one.

Memory Card

I was going through the photos in my camera memory card and realized that I had a few months worth of memories in there. Ivy was commenting that it seemed last week that we did most of the activities. I dunno why everything tends to feel that way these days. I decided to post a few snapshots from the past (actually, they are only a few weeks old)...

ivy's attempt at making roast pork... it had the look, the texture and it tasted great!

we had a lazy weekend three weeks back at Parramatta lake. it was a picture perfect place. we seem to be visiting new lakes and parks on a regular basis.... but we don't seem to be running out of good options though

ivy and i went bush walking at ku-ring-gai together with a few friends last week. it was a 10km walk... the trail was extremely scenic with plenty of different views.. quite challenging too.. took us 3.5hrs to complete the trail.

we met up with my colleagues and my ex-manager (victoria) over the weekend. victoria is a dog lover and a proud owner of 2 massive basset hounds. we managed to find a dog friendly park with a nice cafe in it... i never realized that there were so few dog parks around these days.. it was really calming to see so many cute pedigree dogs unleashed all over the place.

henry.. the adorable basset hound (i should have taken a photo of the other basset). we were constantly stopped by passer-bys wanting to take pictures with the dogs.

Typhoon

The weather report predicted typhoon level rain over the weekend, but it turned out quite okie. Ivy & I managed to do some fishing. Both of us did manage to catch respectable size fishes ^_^ A nearby uncle was quite jealous that he didn't catch anything when we were there. Hah..

I tend to post tis blog from my phone these days. Needless to say, my photo editing software in the phone can't blurr out ivy's face as per normal.. How's my improvisation ?? Hee hee.. Anyway the focus shud be the bream.

My heavy flathead ( not refering to my head.. Tat's the name of ta fish ) it actually looked larger wen I caught it. I suspect ivy delibrately messed wif ta camera angle wen snapping tis photo.

I finally fixed up ta plane. It flies fine. But I still managed to fly it into a tree.. Sigh. Took ivy & I forever to grapple it down. Me no talent!
